FAQ!

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

If your order didn't have a tracking number give it upwards to 3 months to arrive (outside of Europe), if it hasn't arrived then either you can message me and I can send the order again for just the shipping cost (it will be tracked now though). If you don't wish to have your order sent again I won't be able to refund you.

 

A product was defective, what can I do?

Message me a pic of the product and I can send it again for free! Minor issues (light scratches) won't count though, as it doesn't affect majorly to the product.
